One thing I know from having a VIP account with rogers is that you are entitled to 4 outlets installed by Rogers (including after, for example if you had 2 installed they will come and install the other 2 after the original installation) (not including Internet modem or the MTA phone adaptor) as those are not seen as outlets (from what I understand this applies to people under VIP service so if you don't have VIP or higher you must pay the extra outlet fee, even if its installed by you) (need confirmation on that though) This fee only applies under certain circumstances. One common thing thats getting mixed up in this thread is the mention of the extra outlet fee.
